I got game for Christmas, together with a “Sopranos” T-shirt, to play on my PSP. Boy, is this game cruel, tough and complicated … Still trying the “Smash and Grab” mission. I simply can’t get out of the petrol station after having picked up the three Mafia men. I get cramps in my hands, how do the other people manage? Am I too old?
Santa Claus brought me a very nice frame including a reproduction of Albrecht Duerer’s Rhinoceros (the one he painted after reports of people who’d seen one, he never actually saw one himself), one we had in the Dantestrasse in Leipzig as a big poster. Now, it’s watching over us from inside its cage-frame while we do what we have to do …
We’ve been to Les Menuires, just the week before Christmas for our (in the meantime) traditional ski holiday. The last two years we went to the Jura Mountains, but this year the in-laws apartment was not rented out for a week, so we’ve been lucky. I’ve taken some pictures of which I’m not proud of (in particular when you see the portraits taken by a professional photographer, coming soon), just take them as documentary proof.
Ok, I admit that last four or five posts were a bit IT-overfraughted. Fortunately, I found a plugin for Wordpress (the weblogging tool used for this site) which allows to decide whether to show new posts on the front page which is the default, obviously, or to let them go straight-to-archive. Now, you won’t see any MythTV related posts ever again, unless you go to the archive, or I also file them in a different category.
